eZo Club Night is a new project that, for one night on March 8, will bring eZo’s microcosm to life at Tes Club. Centered around three musical stages, the event will unite Mzesumzira residents, both old and new friends of eZo, masters of decoration and lighting, members of the Mzesumzira commune, the TES team, and, most importantly, our beloved guests, whom we have missed hosting so much.
For over three months now, the Mzesumzira commune has been on pause, leading not only to the cancellation of smaller-scale showcases but also one of the key events of the year—the New Year Festival at eZo. At that time, we were far from the mindset needed to create eZo. Naturally, we still don’t believe the situation is improving, but we are convinced that, despite recent challenges, it is now our responsibility to preserve the work we do best—work that serves as a source of reflection, optimism, and self-expression for so many people.
At the same time, this night is also an expression of support and unity. Alongside its usual purpose, this event will serve as a form of donation—helping eZo recover from the challenges brought on by three months of inactivity.
We believe this gathering will serve as a moment to uplift, recharge, and strengthen one another—the kind of strength we need now more than ever.
