About June 7 Tickets
In response to the recent situation in Georgia, the EZO 2024 season will now open on July 5 instead of June 7.
The updated dates for the festival are:
- July 5
- July 19
- September 6
What happens If I have a ticket for June 7?
If you have already purchased a ticket for June 7, you will be able to use your ticket on July 5.
You can request a refund if you can not attend the event on July 5.
If you have a June 7 ticket purchased for 70 GEL and want to attend the event on July 5, you can get 10 GEL back.
What happens If I have a season pass?
If you have already purchased a season pass, you will automatically be able to use these tickets to enter the opening event on July 5.
You can use the same ticket for the events on July 19 and September 6.
If you are unable to attend the July 19 July event, you can request a refund refund of one-third of the full pass price.
Refund process
For a refund, please get in touch with us before June 10 at [email protected] with the following details:

- Text : Include your personal data, the type/price of the purchased ticket, and whether you are requesting a full or partial refund.
Please note that refunds will be processed between July 20 and July 30.
